30% deposit on booking.
Balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival date.
Plus a refundable damage deposit of €300.
This apartment is for families or mixed adult groups over 30. We do not cater for groups of youths or hen and stag do’s.

Prices are quoted for the entire apartment for the week or per night and not per person.
Key instructions, directions etc will all be sent to you prior to your arrival in Spain.
Prices include pre arrival & departure cleaning, towels, dressing gowns & linen.
We also have a selection of beach towels, if you want to pack light. Please note that the apartment is non-smoking.
And that pets and parties are not permitted. Check in from 4pm.
